Welcome to Atercia, a community dedicated to fantasy writing and roleplaying. If you are an experienced fantasy writer or you are just starting out, there is someone who will be able to help you or offer you advice to improve your writing even further.

However, that is not all. Atercia goes beyond merely being a writing community; it offers you, the members of the site, the chance to shape the future of Atercia.

Atercia, is a fantasy-based world, with unique races, religion and culture, and you can change the way the world runs. By creating a character you can place them into the world where they will be able to interact with many other characters and create friendships, open businesses and build legends.

You can enter the world as anything you want from a noble knight to an alcoholic dwarf to a mage who has all the best one-liners. The choice is yours. It is then up to you to place your mark on the world and build your fame, and then who knows who may notice your efforts, perhaps even the King shall have a mission for you.

Or perhaps you just want to open a nice quiet business, maybe a tavern to keep all the locals happy with your tales and drink. Whatever you want to do, you can! As fantasy writers, you can create to your hearts content.

The world of Atercia is also ever-building and we even allow members to take a hand in creating new lands to visit. Anything can be added to our ever expanding universe.
